Chocolate Shortbread Cookies with Chocolate Chips and Sea Salt

Rich chocolate chocolate chip shortbread is balanced with sea salt. I add a bit of ground decaf espresso beans for added flavor.

The cookies are made to order, are kosher, and freeze well.
